1. Question: watersheds algorithm (code wanted)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
From: Eng Amal Abdeen (amal@info2.info-eri.ml.org)
I'm working in "Electronic Reseach Institute" as an assistant
research in Egypt and making a study to get a PhD. in "Image
Processing by using Mathematical Morphology" .
I'm using "Watersheds algorithm in segmentation" and I have problems.
So, I need the code program to develop my work.
Could anybody send this code program to help me, because I need it so
much.
My e_mail address: amal@info2.info-eri.ml.org

2. Question: references on H-minima wanted
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
From: Gregoire Malandain (Gregoire.Malandain@sophia.inria.fr)
I am looking for references about the so-called "H-minima".
My research in the Morphology Digest Bibliography
http://liinwww.ira.uka.de/bibliography/Math/MorphDigest.html
and in the Annotated Vision Bibliography: Table of Contents
http://iris.usc.edu/Vision-Notes/bibliography/contents.html
was unsuccessful, then I will thank anyone who can give me some pointers.
Yours,
Gregoire Malandain

CONFERENCE LOCATION
The old historical centre of Venice in situated in north-eastern Italy,
four kilometers from the mainland, on 118 islands of the Venetian Lagoon.
Its singular appearance and wealth of art treasures make it unique. It
is crossed by more than 150 canals and 400 bridges.
Venice can be reached by car (to be left in one of the car parks on the
mainland); by train (the Santa Lucia railway station); by airplane (the
Marco Polo airport, about 13 Km from Venice).
The Conference venue is downtown Venice, at the 'Zitelle' Cultural Centre,
a complex of historical buildings designed by the great architect Andrea
Palladio (1508-1580) on the Giudecca island, facing St. Mark's Square.
It can be easily accessed by public boats from the railway station or the
car terminals.
